Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently schedule appointments for you and your pet.  Appointment requests can be made online and by email or bookings can be made over the phone.  Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate requests to the best of our ability.  We offer veterinary care that includes preventive medicine, dentistry, radiology (x-rays), laboratory work such as blood and urine tests, soft tissue surgery and if required referral to veterinary specialists. We do our best to accommodate emergencies but ask you to phone first if possible so we can triage and may recommend the emergency hospital if we feel your pet needs more intensive care.

Payment Methods

At West Kelowna Veterinary Hospital we accept cash, VISA and Mastercard.  
We also understand that a pet's treatments may be unexpected and fall beyond planned budgets.  Scratchpay is a third-party financing provider that can help bridge that gap with transparent payment plans.
